Privacy and contact
Questions about your information? Email contact@factoryshortlist.com.
Email enquiries
The website provides email links instead of feedback submission forms. Clicking a link opens your email app; you decide whether to send the message. If you email us, we receive your address, message and anything you choose to attach. Your email provider and ours process the message to deliver and store it.
We use enquiries to respond to your request, investigate corrections and understand software needs. Emailing us does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize sharing your details with software vendors. Please do not send confidential drawings, customer files or proprietary cost information.
Browser-local tools
The comparison selector stores product identifiers in your browser. The cost-review tool processes inputs and CSV files locally and does not upload them. The website’s optional feedback collection and aggregate analytics endpoints remain disabled.
Hosting and links
Our hosting provider may process request information to deliver and secure the website. Links to vendor websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Deletion and questions
To request deletion of an email enquiry or ask about its use, write to contact@factoryshortlist.com from the address you used. Include enough context to identify the correspondence, without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
